Features:

  1. The intelligent controller is integrated with the furnace, this design makes the whole furnace look perfect
  2. Heating elements adopt liner design both sides to ensure fast heating and even temperature. It is easy to replace furnace wire. Panel and chimney adopt stainless steel materials. The surface is painted with imported dual-color epoxy powder by electrostatic painting technology
  3. Because the hearth is shaped by advanced lightweight materials (density: 0.3), compared to the traditional muffle furnace, its weight has reduced for 50% and the heating speed is raised for twice. So the energy is saved a lot and the life expectancy has increased for 3.5 times
  4. Adopting new digital meters and smart temperature controller, which reduces the vision read time and manual operation errors, and the working efficiency is greatly improved
  5. With multiple protection features to improve security and reliability

Functions

  1. There are 9 segment and 4 group specific procedures for rising temperatures, which can help automatic setting heating process as per different test requirements
  2. Alarm and protection functions for over-temperature, leakage, overload and short circuit
  3. Many settings and adjustable interface help to meet various requirements of different environmental conditions
